• Hammerhead Promotions requires half of agreed final cost of Web site development to begin work on site (i.e. Total cost of development $ 300.00 - down payment $ 150.00)

• All checks must be made payable to David Nale. Please do not make checks payable to Hammerhead Promotions, thank you. Payment may also be made with a money order. Credit cards accepted at this time through PayPal with 3% upcharge.

• Any photos that are submitted to Hammerhead Promotions must have consent for reproduction by the photographer. Hammerhead Promotions will not be held responsible if any action is taken by any photographer who is not contacted prior to publishing the photos on the Web. Please include any instructions from the photographer on how credit is to be given for his/her photo.

• After the down payment is made Hammerhead Promotions will begin the design process of your Web site. After its completion the customer will have 15 days to pay the balance due unless negotiations have been made prior to the design process. Negotiations and agreements can only be made between the client and Dave Nale. Site will be pulled after 30 days of nonpayment. Payments can be made at anytime and you may pay more when making a down payment if desired.

• If your site requires updates, you will pay $35/hr. for maintenance. A bill will be sent to you on the 1st of every month following that update. The bill will show the total hours worked and the total amount due at this time. Payment must be received within 15 days of billing date, if not there will again be a late charge of $10.00 per day. Further maintenance will not be competed until previous balance is received. Customers must pay every month until credit with Hammerhead Promotions is approved. After that point you may continue to pay monthly or choose to pay every 3 months or 6 months.

• Hammerhead Promotions is not responsible for any errors or mistakes with billing from pre-registered domain names. Nor are we responsible for errors or mistakes with the host you have selected or who you have signed up with.

• Hammerhead Promotions will send back to you any material you send them upon request. Hammerhead Promotions requires anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to complete your web site providing all web site material is in the possession of Hammerhead Promotions or is accessible by Hammerhead Promotions at the time of agreement. If this material is not in possession or accessible the design process will take longer.
